Request feature: Set Delay timer toolbar function

Let us flat out set the delay, not just Increase / Decrease, from the toolbar. An example of a use case is a hangar with multiple exterior doors. If one set of doors is open (detectable with an event controller), depressurizing the hangar, you want it to bypass waiting for depressurization if you then decide to open the other set of doors. So you have an event controller monitor each set of doors' state and set the timer for the other set of doors accordingly.
Currently, we cannot do this, as we are limited to Decrease or Increase timer. It would be nice to be able to simply set the timer.
