Additional Block Variants for even-wide grids.

The game is sorely lacking in certain specific functional blocks for grids that are an even number of blocks-wide. Working asymmetrically or turning blocks weird ways only gets you so far. We're in this sort of halfway position where some very important blocks have an "even" version, and others don't. Its not just about fitting the block into the build, its about the block functioning in a remotely convenient way when its been inserted. The game has cockpits that are an even number of blocks wide. I need to be able to make functional vehicles in a streamlined way, or I may as well not bother with those cockpits!

Some sorely needed blocks include:

-2x2 Rotors (both standard and advanced):

An incredible blind-spot for custom turrets and weaponry in general. There are currently no weapons which mount to an even portion of blocks in the entire game!

-"Even-Wide" Connectors:

Needed desperately for rovers to make including connectors more aesthetically pleasing and convenient. Conveyor-ing might be peculiar, but its a small price to pay. A 2x2 connector would have the actual functional connection of a 1x1, and a 4x4 would have the same as a 3x3. Nothing too crazy here.

-"Even-Wide" Enclosed Cockpit

There isn't a cockpit in the game which is, on its own, airtight and an even number of blocks wide. I'm not imagining something too game-changing. Just a rover-cockpit with a glass frame or something similar. The required external layer of glass around rover-cockpits to achieve airtightness functionally bring the width to 4 blocks. With the new weather hazards, airtight vehicles are more important than ever!

-"Even-Wide" Cargo Container

The SG Small Hydrogen Tank's size clearly is intended for use in rovers. It's easy to incorporate into a vehicle which is an even number of blocks wide. However none of the cargo containers are. A 4x4x4 with offset large ports, or a 2x2x3 or something like that would be tremendous for small patrol rovers in need of a bit of extra cargo. It has been mentioned before that Barrels (2x2x3 in SG) are perhaps the only block in the game which fill this niche, and they're exclusive to DLC.

There are just a handful of many potential blocks which could make even-wide grids more possible in SE. We're halfway there, we just need a few additions!
