They step in time and time again when not needed can you please silence them unless they have been tagged for help. I understand sometimes these types of actions may be warranted but it is getting out of control.

They really are getting out of line and crossing into the authoritarian realm of moderation. comments being deleted, people being put in timeout or banned over things/comments being said that are not against CoC, but that threaten their fragile ego and call them out on it. Rules are vague and open to interpretation, allowing these mods to rule on things that they had no dominion over and punish people for unjust reasons.

I must agree with stated above. Both red and yellow leave much to be desired.

On numerous occasions i have asked for help on a server, the last time i got stuck inside a trader station after a jump, and no admin could be bothered to respond. On the other hand when they get chatty the whole gang comes in to give their opinion and support each other against the player.

It should be developers+mods+admins for the customer/player, not against.

It’s important to remember that the Admin Team is made up entirely of unpaid volunteers. Every member works full-time and provides support in the spare time they can find around their jobs and family commitments.

Although I stepped down from my Admin role a couple of weeks ago, I can say from experience that the team works extremely hard behind the scenes. I personally spent several hours each day checking all 58 servers, cleaning up and resolving issues that could impact performance. The current team continues to do their best with the time they have available especially considering they are now down a Team Member.

For which we are very grateful, but apparently there are more admins needed, to cover all of servers at all times. And improvements to the base game, so there is less need for admins.
