Event Controller Expansion
Event Controllers need to be expanded to include monitor Hydrogen Tanks, Oxygen Tanks for Stockpile ON and OFF as well as Fill Bottles, basically every function that is able to be switched or controlled in a block.
This should include Vents status Pressurised (100%), Depressurised (0%) & In-between (>0% - <100%) should be expanded and the capability of the Event Controller to monitor these 3 States.
Every block that has parameters that can be changed should be able to be monitored by the Event Controller.
This may include Antenna Radius Range, if Broadcast is Off or On, etc.
Finally an Event Controller should be able to monitor a range. IE: Battery Power >10% and <100% within the same Event Controller.
Otherwise this requires 3 x Event Controllers, 2 for the ranges that drive Light Blocks and the 3rd to And the 2 lights.
