Hydrogen Engines Shouldn't Count In Overall Fuel Supply

Once the Hydrogen Engine takes fuel we can't take it back out again, but it does give me a false sense of how much fuel I have left while using hydrogen thrusters. So it seems to me that once the engine takes the fuel then that amount of hydrogen should be subtracted from the overall supply to keep the fuel gauge accurate.

Or engine capacity may work like tank, with auto/fill/empty switch. So thrusters can use fuel from it.
