Set Action for suspension wheels

Please add "SET" action for all other adjustable functions of Suspension.

With these, we can make custom setups for our rovers and who knows what else.

Steering Angle.

Power

Strenght

Height Offset

Friction

Speed Limit

You can already set steering angle, propulsion, and they just added set speed limit. Being able to set the others would be very nice though. Especially set height offset for rovers with bottom mounted connectors.

Yea, we got steering and propulsion override SET and speed limit.

With others, we can make custom setups for different biomes, weight of cargo, speeding, precision, parking.

And have it on just one timer each.
