Change the date format in the game loading window to match the system settings.

Currently, the save date is displayed in the game loading window in the MM/DD/YYYY format. For players accustomed to the DD/MM/YYYY format, this is confusing. Please change the date display format to match the system settings.

If too difficult to localise the load / save dialogue at least use an unambiguous format, e.g. YYYY.MM.DD
