LCD ability to hide "offline"

As simple as the title. A black screen looks nicer than "Offline". Being able to hide that would be nice.

Agreed. The default "off" setting should be a black screen, like it is for all TVs and monitors that exist. I would like to see instead a "Waiting for Signal", similar to a TV channel's waiting for broadcast screensaver, when any LCD is online, but hasn't had any setting selections or images made.

You could go in the game files and replace the offline image file with just a plain blank one, and it should fix this.
