Safe Zone improvement

I would like the safe zone to have the zone chips protected against drainage. As a trader it's convenient to have the safe zone drained for my cargo ship, but every time i put a sorter to drain it, all the zone chips are getting drained from all my safe zones, forcing me to put a sorter to prevent that.
