Food Icon should show status

The food icon should have something next to it while during your "eating cooldown time" so that we know when we can eat again. For example, when you take a radiation resistance buff it shows an icon that goes away when the buff is gone.
I'm playing on a server where we can only have kelp chips due to build restrictions (Scrapyard, so I can't build a food system) so it is frustrating to not know when the cooldown expires, and I can eat again.
This is mainly due to kelp chips giving little food value, which is a good part of the game, but going from hungry to 100% full take a bit of time with Kelp chips and would be better if I know when I can eat again.
