Currently you need to manually grind to hack every single functional block on the grid which makes capturing ships very impractical. There might be some better ways. Like you might need to hack all cockpits/control seats/remote control blocks/ai blocks and then all other functional blocks and the grid ownership is transferred to you. And why door blocks are so hard to grind? People just grind a whole cube of armor or a wall faster ang go around the door, which is just wrong. At this point make it all hard to grind or reduce the door grinding "integrity". Those key blocks can be tougher to grind instead, like a double or triple time to grind down the cockpit if it is not yours.
