RCS Thruster: weak 1x1 Ion thruster

It's a shame you need something the size of a full thruster just for basic stationkeeping. Sometimes all you want or need is very minor movements (or just to prevent movement), and a full-size thruster is just too much. So how about give us ion RCS thrusters? Make them 1x1, effectively inset. Thruster damage range of 1 block. They would be neither as powerful nor as power-efficient as full-size ion thrusters, but would allow more compact builds that require less energy to achieve basic functionality.
