Console Seat Should Have Useful Hotbar

You can build those nice console seats on the bridge or in CIC but they are pretty useless as you can only set up emoji in their hotbar, like on a simple seat or couch.
You should be able to set all the actions like you can in cockpit or a helm, for example to control a turret, fire missiles, toggle on and off systems, doing anything basically besides flying, it is actually a better thing that you cannot fly the ship when sitting in them but you want to be able to do something useful, allowing for a true multi-crew ships where you have a single pilot and other systems controlled by crew members.
