[207] Learn to survivel has blurry asteroids on medium/low shaders (Stone_01)

The issue is Stone_01 material which seems used in the Learn to Survive scenario's asteroids (found by gruzzob), so new people playing medium or low would have very bad textures on their first experience with the game :(
STR:
1. In graphics options, set "Shader quality" to medium or low (if already in a world, change voxel detail to force a refresh)
2. Start "Learn to Survive" scenario.
The lack of <SimpleTilingSetup> in the VoxelMaterials_asteroids.sbc file seems to be the cause, but it's strange that it lacking causes this issue, considering that it lacking should be using the same settings it uses for high quality.
