Player limit to low on keen officials

Currently, there is a 16 player limit on the official servers and they are full most of the time. this is leading to more experienced players going to community servers and leaving the officials (where all the new players are) without anyone to give them tips and tricks. I have prevented at least one, possibly two players from contacting admis by helping them and if all the experienced players were to leave it would just get worse. We do not care about the random crash or a decrease in performance, more players is easily at the top of my priority list
