Access Panels are nonfunctional when placed in Survival Mode, but work correctly when placed as an Admin. This affects both:
- Access Panel 3 (with a button)
- Access Panel 1 (with a control panel)
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start a new game in Survival Mode.
- Place and weld up Access Panel 3 (button) → button is visible but does not work.
- Place and weld up Access Panel 1 (control panel) → control panel is visible but does not work.
- Enable Admin Creative Mode Tools.
- Place Access Panel 3 and Access Panel 1 again, then test. Result: Both button and control panel are visible and work as expected.
Expected Behavior:
Access Panels (buttons and control panels) should function the same in Survival Mode as when placed by an Admin.

We have tried to replicate this problem on our side, but every time I tried to use Access panel 3 block (as well as all the other blocks from this category), it was working as expected.
After opening the panel once, I was able to set and use the button properly. After pressing the button, it also did perform the assigned action.
Can you please provide more information?
Are you experiencing this on a single grid? On one grid/blueprint in multiple worlds? Or on multiple grids in just one world?
Can you please share me a video showing the issue happening on your side and also provide the blueprint of the affected grid (if it seems grid dependent) or a save file where you are experiencing this problem (if it seems world dependent).
For save(s):
You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
For blueprints:
You can access your blueprints files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Blueprints. Select the correct folder where your blueprint is saved (local or cloud), zip the file and attach it here
