Majority Ownership To Control Grid

Now that you have patched the bug that allowed taking ownership of a grid through a neutral block I can better see what you intended for the Contact update.

At the time I was hoping you had made it so the player doesn't have to grind every block to transfer ownership. I would still like to see that happen. I figure it's reasonable to need to grind all control seats and control blocks, and from there a majority of the other functional blocks, and then allow the transfer of ownership of the remainder through the terminal.

This way we have an alternative to grinding the tricky blocks such as batteries and Prototech by capturing the rest of the grid. This also avoids chasing down every minor block, such as lights, which might be just a spot on the wall and become tedious to chase down. I feel uncertain if turrets should be required grinding like the control seats or relegated to the majority block category. On the one hand I can see the question of PvP balance, and on the other I can see the fun of infiltration to hack the enemy's guns, but not needing to do so with every single weapon.

The majority method, to me, sounds like the best of both worlds where the player still works for the ownership transfer, but does away with some of the monotony.

I neglected to add, that I don't like being held hostage by "incomplete" blocks and for the purposes of this proposed system I would like if they counted as neutral when the game is calculating if a mass ownership transfer is possible.
