Strong Unknown Signals Accessability

Please make Strong unknown signals accessible for singleplayer aswell. I got really exited for the revamped Strong signals and the Skin hunt, but i am not able to participate at all, because im not able to play online. I think it should just be a toggleable option on world creation. Even if they were more rare than in MP it would still be a lot better than just being exluded from parts of the games content.
