block idea: make some offset mechanical part versions for rotors, hinges, pistons, wheel suspensions

i would like to suggest the preceeding mechanical blocks' 1x2, and 2x2 based versions.
rotors
in case of the 1x2 version of the rotor the rotor axle is right between the two blocks that are the base of the rotor - in the middle of the common edge of the bases
in case of the 2x2 version of the rotor the rotor axle is right in the middle common corner of the 4 block bases that are joined together
not rotors
the axles, or the joints are positioned in a similar fashion to rotors'
