Add Action to Ore Detector block

There are a lot of automation elements in the game, but in 10 years no one has improved the resource search system. I can build a fully automatic mining system, but I still need to search for ore on my own, and it takes a huge amount of time in space. And I suggest adding one very simple improvement that will allow you to integrate an "ore detector" into all automation chains and make life easier for many players. Add an "action" to the block. Like a sensor. It found the ore and performed the action. An optional filter indicates which ore was found. That would be great.
