New Block Suggestion : 2x2x2 Gyro

Small grid got new 2x2x2 proto gyros, they are completely OP, but a large grid variant would come in handy for large heavy ships.
Introduce 2x2x2 normal and proto gyros.
Make normal one SE2 style so it has multiple attachment points.
Simple.
