Encounter improvement: make Space Pirate maydays NOT always hostile

Think about it: if you're genuinely in trouble, you're probably going to accept help from whoever finds you. So let's make it interesting: it could be a real mayday, or it could be a trap. Make the beacon block unowned (so it shows up white) so you can't tell. Would also make sense for maydays in general as it's like a general SOS.

So you get there, it's a real mayday, you weld up their engine or whatever they ask you to do. Then they drop you some cargo and leave. Or they're dead and you just get their loot.

There are some of those.

One is called something like "Blue Frame" and has an unwelded body of the Big Blue Ship (at least I assume that's what it is supposed to be). It seems like a nothing-burger until you look closely into the bow, where it contains a very nice little small grid combo grinder/welder that I think is called "The Constructor" or something like that. It's fun to fix up and even contains uranium and a reactor (with the catch-22 that it has no power to move the fuel to the powerplant until you fix it).

Another is called "Shuttle Encounter", which is this very nice looking little fighter ship with a large reactor (and I think a small one too), some weapons, etc. Looks like it could be used as a lander. It's always in a field of tiny asteroids... look around closely if you find it as there's a dude with a note nearby explaining what happened and why he died there... it's very sad - he wasn't a good engineer.

If you want to see what these look like, I posted a video a couple years back on youtube using the same username.
