Prototech assembler should be able to build frames

I have all of the PT stuff that I need except for Gyros and Batteries. Since ships use LOTS of these it is taking FOREVER to get them. Frames as loot are "sort of" rare so I am suggesting to have the PT assemblers be able to build frames.
The highest level of scrap needed to build a PT component is 2.5 so I suggest having to use a lot of scrap to build a frame. 100 scrap would still keep the frames rare but let players build them that engage a lot of Factorum encounters and are still missing what they are trying to get.
I have more that 400 scrap and would love to use it to build a few frames.
