Hinge Offset Setting

Hinges have been used pretty much since their release primarily as a form of sub grid, micro/Ball turret design were the turret would be built inside the housing of the rotor using numerous little tricks and designs as shown below.

As part of this process some designs appear to fit perfectly still have slight clang/ clipping issues. Images above and below came courtesy of a fellow Space Engineer Venator2070 when discussing solutions to problems in the official Discord. these images go into the problem and possible solution in a bit more detail.

Offering an offset option in the Large grid Hinge and Small grid 3x3 Hinge would open up more opportunity when using this block, providing a solution for various issues when using the hinge as a form of ball turret and would likely be a huge help for others who might use the hinge in their builds as it simply offers more control over this block.
