Game needs inventory management and loadouts

Just like the title suggests, the game is in desperate need of some kind of better inventory management/loadouts like you can get with something similar to Isy's inventory management scripts. With Isy's scripts I can set a manifest of parts and materials I want to keep on hands at all times. If I drop below the number of something such as Steel Plates specified in the manifest, it can tell my production blocks to produce more Steel Plates to maintain the level I want, assuming of course I have the materials to do so. If I'm pulling up to a base for refueling and reloading, I can tell my base to load me up with Manifest A, and then transfer the relevant fuels and items to the ship, thus removing alot of the tedious work of loading everything by hand, or trying to play a guessing game. This would be a godsend for shipyards, refueling stations, and just general gameplay in general. Folks could still load stuff manually if they wished or could set a loadout and go.

In addition I can also use Isy's stuff and similar scripts to tell the game where to distribute certain materials once they've been transferred over. Some people may ask "why not just use sorters". The problem with relying solely on sorters is you have to make a complicated sorter setup that may or may not work, and if improperly put together could cause pull looping and a ton of lag as a result. There's also a ton of guess work involved that's not nearly as precise. Sorters will still have value and can be used to make sure stuff only goes in the one direction when needed or desired and, and also for when making a loadout may not be as practical. They would also still be able to filter out undesired items should a loadout and sorter come into conflict.

I used Isy's as my primary example here as it's one of the more well known inventory management scripts and setups that alot of people use. Also because it does alot of what I would want to see. It's not perfect, but it gets me close enough that the rest I can account for easily enough. Stuff like this would be a godsend for players and a HUGE quality of life improvement for the game. Making stuff like this part of the base game would give it more stability for PC players and also give some much needed automation for the console folks as well.

Me and everyone I know uses inevntory and production quota scripts/mods.

They have become a must have for every for every game. Thus it has to be a part of it.

Some basic and common funtionalitie can be summarized as following:

1. Display ineventory stats - list of categorized items in all of inventory of a grid (and optionally connected subgrids)

1.1. Amount of each items

1.2. Set quota for each item and display a percentage bar (or use some standard quota for each item if not set)

1.3. Display item icon for consistent UI

2. Production quota for assemblers

2.1. Set production quota for each item

2.2. Set minimum quota for ingots, so the production quota will add items to queue only if amount of ingots is not less to the ingots quota. Otherwise player can add to production only manually as usual in assembler.

2.3. Select a blueprint in assembler to automatically add required components to the production queue

3. Projector stats

3.1 When selecting a blueprint in projector or console table, show required components/ingots needed to build the blueprint.

3.2. Show a complete blueprint togetehr with subgrids at least in console table with option to show required components/ingots for the whole thing subgrids included

4. Inventory tweaks

4.1. More sorting filters, like weapons, energy, production, tanks etc.., while cargo shpould show only cargo conntainers and all other things like crates, armories, beds should be in its own miscelanius category.

4.2. Own grid only toggle must be separate from other filters, so you can combine category filter with own grid only filter.

4.3. Leave empty option for an inventory, thus all items witll try to go to other available inevnoties and no new items can go in. This is particularry useful for connectors or small cargo containers you want ot leave them always empty but still allow to pass through ot being able to deposit/withdrow draw from the inventory systema from their conveyor ports.
