Power draw is madness

Dear KSH,
Small grid:
Broadcast controller keeps drawing power when offline.
Button draws 100W....... (AI flights and timers draw below 1W so it can be done)
I won't question Event Controller's 500W draw, but I'd appreciate if it was lower.
Large grid:
Air vent appears to be meant to draw 100kW when pressurising and 1kW when on idle, however, it seems buggy and often draws 100kW all the time. And it draws too much, you can have large ship covered in gravity using 40kW and gyros use 10kW each. 100kW for a fan is wrong.
