Use best hand tools

There was a problem introduced when multiple tiers of hand tools were added. You had to had add a new icon to the toolbar to use a new tool. Often players would replace the old tool icon to add the new icons.
There is a small problem when the player dies or removes tools from inventory; the player has to reassign the icons again. To solve this, I suggest that game has icons for using the best tool in your inventory, so you don't need to reassign tools to your toolbar again.
