Add set text option for LCD/Text panels

As of now, players have no option to change the text of a lcd/text panel without having to use scripts. Players without scripting knowledge or console players have no option to do this with the exception of using the predefined apps, which aren't sufficient in some building scenarios.


Therefore I would suggest adding a function to change the text with an action.


Variant 1: Toolbar action:

Using a toolbar action "SetText", which would similar to the current implementation "Set Value and Move" that has been added to pistons/rotors/hinges recently.

In the first step it would open a text input window (multiline would be optimal but a single line would be satisfactory as well) and in the second step a label

Variant 2: Using Broadcast controller

Another option would be to add "LCD" as a target in the dropdown of the broadcast controller. Instead of sending the message to the chat, it would then send the message to a connected LCD panel. Therefore, the broadcast controller's UI would need a selection box similar as selecting a weapon in the custom turret controller is currently implemented. This selection box would need to appear once the broadcast controller target has been set to "LCD"

Consider also "append text" option. So one LCD could be used to have some sort of logging, for example, how many times enemy was detected , even if you were offline. Or to save all messages from broadcasting. Or you could have a hotbar with a bunch of messages you want to transmit to other crew members sitting in different seats improving roleplay game. Yeah, there are many useful examples, I approve this.
