Reserved Slots as +Slots and not by kicking Players

Please Keen change the Reserved Slot System!
Currently Players get kicked if someone wants to join who has a reserved Slot (like admin)
This just randomly kicks a player even someone who is currently for e.g. attacking.
My suggestion is add a reserved Slot as a +Slot like 20/20(2) Players with 2 reserved slots where if the server is full there will be 22 players in total.
