Modular intelligence for manufacturing - SE2 suggestion

Inspired by films that show modules being plugged in or removed from a core system.
A 25cm block or data pad with manufacturing information that could be plugged into an intelligence rack for assemblers, projectors and the like.
The rack sizes would limit the number of items or grids that could be made by the manufacturing block. The info blocks can be swapped.
The block or data pad could store grid blueprints, component plans, ore processes, and material processes.

i mean... as we will be able to save BPs as block, it could be possible to make a BP of a projector and place it as a block, making the projection it stores avaliable to print but seems quite overworked
