Add /N neutral chat function

Hello!
Could be nice to have a /N in chat, so we can chat to all faction and neutrals at the same time. During encounters, it could prove practical to have a broadcasting channel to that too. It would greatly enhance cooperation experience, as it has been proven difficult to communicate with neutrals during tense situations.
We often work togheter, but due to well known reasons, we cant all be in the same faction.

Another alternative to this could be a faction to faction chat: /JTF, /ODM etc.

you have my vote, it would be so much easier the communicate with allies without the enemy reading the entire conversation or having to go into the private chat to talk.
