Chinese Localization Monospace Font Repair

A repair that fixes the Monospace display issue in Chinese
In theory a similar technique can be used to fix the same issue on Japanese but I can't find the JA Localization in the settings (another bug?)
Monospace on LCD Script(left), Image to LCD display(mid), Monospace text display(right)
