Optimize scripts inside SE and remove the programmable block from experimental mode

The game is about engineers, it's a game about designing and creating new systems. The code allows you to do this 100%. Those things that require 150 automation units can be replaced with one software unit. I understand that it's all about optimization, but you can limit the performance of scripts. Let them be executed once in a certain number of frames and cut off if they do not work well. I want to play vanilla and work with screens and other things. And so the meaning of many things is lost without a program block. I started playing the game because of him. Few games allow such an automation system, I would not like this feature to be forgotten and killed in the end.
Custom User C# code, can't really be optimized without stripping down the users ability to write code.
As the primary issue is users writing bad code -- as no, you can't actually properly limit them from doing so as it currently has cut-offs and well, it doesn't solve it.
Their performance is incredibly variable, and entirely on user application to an absurd degree. Thats why its in experimental to begin with, its not cut.
