WEAPON SUGGESTION: Non-damaging, or non-lethal weapons. NERF, Paintball, etc.

Can we have like, non-damaging variations of weapons, like "toy" or "simulation" type weapons that can register hit effects but doesn't actually damage players? I want to create some kind of training facility for first-person weapon combat tactics, but respawning can be a HUGE chore, especially on loaded up servers. I want guns that can clearly indicate to the user and the victim that they've been hit, maybe even a clue to the severity as some kind of number of "simulated" damage or even "simulated" death but not actually kill them, freeing people up to experiment with weapons inside faction bases and the like. We could even have a harmless anti-personnel turret with the same effect.
