More toolbar actions similar to Set Value and Execute

The new toolbar actions from the Contact update have been very useful. I think there are a few more similar actions that would be great quality of life improvements.
-"Set Value" action for all blocks that have an attribute with an increase/decrease command. This would let automating grids much easier. Setting thrust overrides, gyro overrides, light colors would be super convenient.
-"Move by increment" for pistons, rotors and hinges: This action would add the input amount of distance/angle to the blocks current position each time you execute. Would simplify a lot of machines where we need to reverse speed and switch the block on off instead of a single button solution.

A 'Set Thrust Override' action could actually allow for subgrid thrust control, and an option for 'Set Thrust Speed' would be a sort of built-in governor, so you can program drones and the like to change speed as needed.

Some improved way to view these would also be useful if more actions get added, like a dropdown for "Broadcast Distance" that has the set distance, increase and decrease commands grouped into that one item - even now its a bit cluttered and some more organisation would definitely help!
