BIG WHEEL SUSPENSION! (Stop the bottoming out)

I would love to see a wheel with a better suspension model. The wheel travels up and down but the suspension does not. This leads to the suspension being lower than the tire itself and the rover bottoming out. I can imagine the technical difficulty that would go into making the suspension more realistic so I offer a solution!
Please create a new suspension/wheel model where the attachment point to the rover is higher (currently it is in line with the suspension and the wheel). Doing this makes the wheels lower, and thus helps alleviate bottoming out when going over a hill or a dip. The ground is very rarely flat. Help us make rovers viable outside of no-thruster servers!
