Crash right after launching the game

Game crashes in a few seconds after launch. Tried to launch the game a hundred times. I was only succsesfull twice, but couldn't find out why. Tried everything. Reinstalled game and the graphics driver. Disabled overlays. Deleted shader chache. It started this recently before the update.

I got it working again. Seems like the solution was disabeling MSI Afterburner. I was using it's overlay for monitoring fps and other system info.
