Potential Copyright Violation with one of the tracks in the 2023 music compolation

I was going to use it in a Space Engineers video, and like the rest was tracking down the creator to credit them in the video; however I found something very worrisome with this track:

I'm expecting an issue with one of the soundtracks in this video and here is why:
Voyage to Andromeda - Created By Allpline is a dead ringer for a track with the same name, that was created by Anders Enger Jensen (Uploaded to YT 5 Years ago) and is part of the Retro Grooves, Vol. 1 Album. The only difference being: the instruments are updated and the music is a little remixed! What makes it worse is that it is under a label called: EOX Studios and was released on 2016-02-01
