Allow toolbars of cockpits/timers/sensors etc to set/add/subract enterable values

With this change I wont need to use a programming block just to get a rotor door to open and close with a sensor properly. Engineering requires mathematic presicion, which without using programming blocks we currantly cannot achieve. If our timers are capable of setting, adding, subtracting and other math operations on a vlaue we enter into toolbars, we can achieve the kind of results that would otherwise require a shitton of timers or a programming block.

Yes please! Would be great if someone made a list of blocks and values that need this feature.
