Increase spotlight distance/range/reach

Currently spotlight max range is 160m. This is far from enough. wherher you scout for ores on asteroid or driving a vehicle on flat or operating a crain you generally want to see farther and a have a wider cone of light to see a bigger area.
Make it go much farther, at least 800m. And make the light cone adjustable. The power consumption can vary upon settings.
