Report disrespectful answer from RayvenQ Moderator Discord KEEN official channel

Hi Keen software team,
Today July 28th at 9pm CET time me and other players were disconnected again from the official XBOX server KEEN EOM UK 2#.
When I went to discord to report it and understand when could I connect again, the following conversation happened with a moderator. ( please seee 3 images attached)
Do you think this is a proper way to answer to player queries? Is this moderator able to speak unpolitely even insult me without any consequences?
Please let me know if this is the proper way for a moderator of your company to respond, as I am really disappointed with how he treated me in the official channel, and I hope he treats players with more respect in the future.

So Rayvenq is right btw, nothing they can do to fix that issue if the issue is infact related to microsoft's servers.
However i do feel like he could have handled the situation better, keen discord moderators are largely just people like me and you but they should be held to a higher standard of conduct and not allow themselves to be drawn into a debate with you.
