[Suggestion] Allow wheels to be added to wheels

Wheels have a mounting point on either side, and when used on a suspension only 1 mount point is used and the other is made unavailable making rovers with double wheels somewhat difficult.
please fix this so i can make this

Basically attachment point so you can build any block on them. Adding more wheels, make them armoured (I know thay are indestructabel anyway but just for aestetics). Sometime you want to temporally attach control panel on it just to be able to rename the grid so you do not accidentally delete it later as usually happens :).
