Separate setting for looking around with "alt"

There is a problem with high DPI mice having VERY low sensitivity when looking around in a cockpit with alt so it would be awesome to have a separate setting to set that. (Thanks Ondrej Borz for correcting me :) )

I with it would be a toggle so you won't need to hold the alt key pressed all the time you looking around. Like in many situations where you do not want to accidentally turn the ship with gyros. Like when tagging ship in front of the printer or during docking.
