MMB -> Single Item Transfer

After the new update with stacked tools it'd be a real QoL change to be able to single-click transfer an item with the quantity of one, so instead of right-click-drag and entering a number to get Tools the player can just Mouse-Wheel-Click an item and it gets transferred between the two inventory columns.
