Add counter function to sorter blocks
Now that we have some good basic automation blocks from the automatons update, we can make more complex systems but need a way to count items passing through a block.
The Sorter Block code should be updated by adding a counting function to it. The counting function would only allow a certain number of white listed items to pass through it.
For example, 1000 steel plates and 500 interior plates are white listed so that only those amounts pass through the sorter block. It would need a way to trigger a reset on this, maybe turning drain all off and then back on again resets the counter so that it can then pull another 1000 steel plates and 500 interior plates.
Extra credit: add gas flow function to sorters with the ability to count liters that pass through.
