Space Engineers Suit UPGRADES!
Development suggestion for Space Engineers -
Up-gradable Suit - Modules similar to refinery modules ETC
1. Speed Module - Faster Flight using Jet pack, could incorporate tighter flight controls
2. Power efficiency Module - Longer battery in Suit
3. o2 Scrubber Module - o2 last longer in suit without bottle.
3. Ore detection Module - Increased range of suit ore detection.
Each upgrade tier could have quality levels
Example:
Suit Speed Module Level 1 - 50% Speed Increase/Tighter controls
Suit Speed Module Level 2 - 75% Speed Increase/Tighter controls
Suit Speed Module Level 3 - 100% Speed Increase/Tighter controls
same goes for the rest of the modules using percentage increases in the suit functionality.
mind you; you guys and gals will have to tweak it and all that jazz.

1: should increase walking speed and jetpack acceleration. But not top flight speed
2: what about just a flat increase in maximum power?
3: not really needed, o2 already drains really slowly, 1-2 bottles in fine for spacewalks
4: ore detection is based on the drill you are currently using, and is built into the drill

Space Engineers is a building game. In my opinion, doing this incentivizes upgrading your suit over building things, which goes against the entire concept of the game.
