1. The hull blocks seem to have no paint. Looks like 304 steel mirrors at certain angles. The reflection is harsh.
There's a new one out recently. Kepler-2100 Free game. I suggest you check it out. Where are space stations and spaceships that don't look like that

2. You can release a lower quality Space Engineer DLC or update it. For example, spaceships and planets that look like comic books.
