Better g menu settings

In the g-menu when in a command seat and selecting what to do with the block you have selected there are some clear avenues for improvement.

This is going to be a long one...

To start us off, one method for compacting and making it more readable would be to change the following settings and all like them

toggle block on/off

toggle block on

toggle block off

to just be:

toggle block

once set in a slot the exact method can be chosen (on/off, on, off)

this would repeat for settings like: show on HUD, and (landing gear) lock, and many more

Next:

every single setting that is: (X representing the value, thrust override, for example)

increase X

decrease X

should be replaced with a setting titled

X

and when set in its slot you would decided between 3 options, [+, -, set] if set is chosen then the value in question would be set to the number inputted when the slot was created.

These are the primary two, these changes would allow for many creations to be much easier or possible altogether. you could set a hinge to a certain velocity, make subgrid thrusters respond to your commands.

We know that inputting a value when setting a slot is possible because the programmable block uses it, and the same system can be used again.
