Script White list & Block Restriction Options

I don't use Torch as there are port forwarding issues where I live. I used the default game to setup for me and my friend.
It would be nice to have a Script White list option similar to how mods are handled at game creation.
And it would be nice to be able to have a tab where the number of specific blocks can be set at game creation.
