Make Pirating Great Again! (by making a few clauses in the PCU transferring system)

Not Enough Votes

1. clicking delete offers up your grid's authorship to any individuals who are within 5km of that grid (perhaps based on closest proximity)

2. accepting a grid that would put you over your pcu limit will give you a deadline to delete grids so that you are under the pcu limit, perhaps before you log off or on a timer (I have additional ideas in case this one isn't good enough to fix the meta where true pirates would always keep low pcu in order to be able to click accept, see the very end of post)

3. if you already have ownership over a grid (as in you are allowed to convert to station/ship or rename grid) then if the author of the blocks (author meaning your name is on the block that says "by: name" when you hover over the block with a welder equipped), then if the author tries to delete their blocks from that grid the blocks get offered up to you instead

4. if you are the owner of the grid because you have majority of the blocks that have computers in them then there is an option for you to take authorship over all the blocks on that grid (authorship meaning just the pcu responsibility)

if this system were implemented then pirating would be a thing again! YAY, for now pirating has been reduced down to where we pirates just do it for the lulz and the victim will always hit the delete button to yoink the grid not back to themselves but into the void

please vote to support making pirating great again !!!

alternate idea to rule 2: if you get a prompt on the screen to accept authorship on all the blocks on a grid but you don't have enough pcu to be able to accept you are given an option to delete your own grids off until you have enough pcu to click accept (perhaps a 1 minute timer where you get to delete a few things to make room for the incoming), this would have to be built in to where the other player wouldn't have to re-offer up the grid
